Social is on the agenda for travel in 2015. It was heating up in 2014 and is on fire now. If you offer a unique culture or historical experience it’s time to share the stories that set your hotel apart from others. Storytelling is effective in social media and can increase engagement across all social media networks.
However all of that is lost you cannot measure the results they achieve.
